We want you to enjoy your online and in-store shopping experience and be excited by your purchases. If you are unhappy with the product you have bought from our store, we will gladly offer a refund within 21 days of purchase.
Eumundi Style may accept returned goods purchased in-store & online within 21 days of receiving your order in accordance with the requirements below.
Any postage/shipping and or handling costs incurred in returning goods are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
Requirements that must be met are:
- The item/s must be in the original, unworn condition
- The item/s must not be washed or altered in any way
- Original labels and product packaging must be intact
- An email is to be sent to Eumundi Style advising the reason for return, as approval is needed prior to returning the item
- The items returned are accompanied by original purchase receipt/email (if given)
It is recommended that all returns are sent via a trackable method for peace of mind. Eumundi Style is not responsible for any missing or undelivered returns, in the event that a return is lost in the mail, the return will not be able to be completed.
Non Apparel & SALE Items
- All SALE items are final. No returns, exchanges or credits will be issued
- All Gift Card sales are final. If the gift card is not redeemed in full, the balance is valid for 1 years from the date of issue. If the entire value of the gift card is not redeemed within 1 year the balance will be forfeited. Connie Gift Cards are not returnable, redeemable for cash or transferable
- All Jewellery sales are final. Due to health and safety any jewellery item cannot be returned
- Shipping costs for returns will be at customers expense unless the item has been deemed faulty
These conditions exclude items that are incorrect or faulty.
